There are a large number of Brand-based programs, from in-house sessions and courses taught by managers to share knowledge and experience, to external courses with specialized experts for targeted skill sets, and finally, joint sessions with clients to share client-related information and insights. Both e-learning solutions and online applications are important tools in all of these programs, and continue to transform the way we learn. Some areas for training programs include:

3 - Improving communication and Brand Culture

In addition, two key areas of focus include diversity and digital. 
Diversity has become a priority to ensure that management action goes beyond simple verbal efforts and is transformed into reality, particularly in terms of recruitment and integration.
The digital revolution continues to raise important issues about technological innovation, new tools and applications, as well as ways to navigate and maximize impact in this new media.

In addition to Brand-based training initiatives, Publicis Groupe offers a special program that provides a unique opportunity for cross-Brand interaction: the Executive Development Programme (EDP). Launched in 2007, this program developed in collaboration with partner BTS Group has allowed more than 300 high-potential employees in the United States, Europe and Asia to increase their management and leadership skills. Participants represent a variety of different functions and profiles from many different countries, Brand networks and Agencies.  The EDP curriculum includes academic sessions, experience sharing and business simulation (via computer-based applications), through enjoyable team interactions and activities.  This innovative program permits our high-potential managers to meet and interact with one another, increase their motivation through knowledge of the different functions across the Groupe, and immediately understand how a transversal offer at the Groupe level can better serve our clients.
