Over recent years, Publicis Groupe saw the wider deployment of "Green Teams". These teams of volunteer staff develop and put into place action plans aiming to influence employee practices and behaviour, by promoting a better understanding of the environmental impact of our activities.
At the Groupe's initiative, these teams were mobilised to encourage dialogue and idea pooling, drawing together a wide range of initiatives and best practices from throughout the entire network. Local initiatives were thus able to be used more broadly, which increased their efficiency.
