Role Summary:The Sr. Shopper Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role within the Saatchi X Shopper Marketing Strategy & Insights department and the agency. What you will work on: •Provide strategic leadership on assigned client business through the development, direction, and management of shopper insights and research. •Deliver comprehensive and forward insights based on primary and secondary research for the development of strategic foundations. •Author clear, inspiring campaign briefs and strategic business presentations that reflect transformational shopper strategy. •Lead brainstorming processes, assist in the delivery of end-to-end digital strategy and integrate with the internal agency teams to deliver quality, on-strategy work for client initiatives What it’s like to work in this role? With this knowledge, you will lead cross-functional collaboration that influences strategic and creative input. You will have a leadership team that constantly thinks through the lens of foresight while delivering with urgency and excellence that fuels new possibilities for tomorrow. Experience (Required / Preferred): •4-7 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital. (required)•Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree. (required)•Demonstrated experience in CPG and/or retail strategy. (required)•Shopper marketing and big brand experience. (required)•Familiarity with in-store and digital vehicles. (preferred/plus)
