The HR Analytics and Reporting Analyst supports the Compensation Director with compensation related analysis, maintaining HR data integrity, developing key metrics and analytics, and delivering standardized HR reporting.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain standard methodology for gathering HR reporting requirements, developing reports, and obtaining signoff on finished product
  • Develop and continually enhance a standard HR reporting package for distribution across the solution hub; will include talent analytics, metrics, and dashboards across the employee lifecycle including hiring, diversity, attrition and more
  • Complete monthly HR dashboard report for all solution hub entities
  • Conduct data gathering and needs assessment on an ongoing basis to provide quantitative analysis that produces actionable insights for the business
  • Responsible for compliance-related reports
  • Provide ad-hoc HR data reports to a variety of customers across all disciplines
  • Main point of contact for HRIS user questions regarding query/report needs and training
  • Provide support for legal/demographic reviews and required forms related to involuntary termination process
  • Support and/or maintain compensation related tools/systems
  • Assist in the process of salary increase administration and salary survey participation


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency using Excel, Word and PowerPoint; database experience desired
  • Demonstrated proficiency accessing data in robust HRIS applications; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to identify non-routine situations and exceptions and apply effective problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic who can independently plan, prioritize and organize work while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client service orientation, interpersonal skills, and collaborative spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required, along with experience maintaining a high degree of discretion
