This role is located in Springdale, Arkansas.*** Role Summary The Project Manager is a leader with:- An ambitious spirit for collaboration with a strong sense of curiosity. What you will work on: Contribute to revenue and forecast discussions, and determine the scope of work and timing of projects based on client briefings and partnerships with internal business partners. Assess and drive implementation of processes, communications, and deadlines while proactively managing project expectations and strategies. Analytically think with the foresight to solve great problems, influence others, and add value with input for our clients. What it’s like to work in this role? Experience (Required / Preferred)- Clearly proven success in growing your client business through best in class marketing/advertising strategies (required)- 3-7 years of working experience, minimum, in marketing, advertising, or agency setting; including the navigation with cross-functional teams (required)- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, build scope of work, and managing multiple deadlines required in short periods of time (required)- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree (required)- Demonstrated experience in CPG and/or retail strategy (preferred)- Shopper marketing and big brand experience (preferred)- Familiarity with in-store and digital vehicles (preferred/plus)
